Thank you for your interest in the High School Leslie County, Kentucky Mission Trip as we partner with Big Creek Missions. As we get closer to the trip, there will be additional forms beyond this registration that will need to be completed during one of our mandatory pre-trip meetings.

Please complete this registration form and pay your deposit of $100. Once you have registered, you'll receive additional information about required waivers, health forms, pre-trip meetings, a packing list, remaining payment information, and other key deadlines.
